1. Acceptance

By using Callid.gr (https://callid.gr), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

  • Callid.gr is a phone-number reporting/search platform with user-generated content (comments, ratings, listings).
  • We are not a telecom provider and we do not place calls from the website.
  • Information may be incomplete, unverified or subjective.

3. User Accounts

  • Provide accurate registration details and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts for abuse, spam or violations.

4. Content, Comments & Prohibited Uses

  • You are responsible for what you post.
  • No illegal, abusive, defamatory, misleading content, spam, harassment, or posting others’ sensitive data without a lawful basis.
  • Do not use the service to harass, defraud or contact number owners without authorisation.
  • We may moderate, edit or remove content.

5. Number Listings & SEO Pages

  • Number pages may be created from user searches or for indexing/information and may not reflect verified details.
  • Owners may submit a claim/verification request (KYC).
  • We may remove or edit listings.

6. KYC & Verification

  • Identity documents may be required to claim a number.
  • KYC data is used only for verification and related security/compliance.
  • Approval of a claim is not a guarantee of legal ownership against third parties.

7. Widget

If you embed our widget on a third-party site, you remain responsible for compliance on your site and for informing your visitors appropriately.

8. Intellectual Property

The Callid.gr logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. User content remains your responsibility; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as part of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of site information or from third-party actions based on comments/listings.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance where allowed.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Courts in Greece have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
